Etihad now serves bistro-style meals on meal plates, rather than on meal trays. Meals are served together with bread and dessert and a choice of drink, from a range of juices, soft drinks, wines, beers and spirits. Hot coffee and tea are served after lunch. The cabin crew are polite and nice. The entertainment system has also a variety of programmes, including Live TV. A Sweet or Salty menu is also offered, with the lights turned on 2 hours before landing to conduct the service. The menu is surprisingly affordable, with a range of healthy, sweet or salty snacks and drinks to suit every palate. It is a comfortable flight with Etihad Airways.
